Any recommendations made on the Platform are purely for informational purposes and your convenience. They do not constitute an endorsement by deneym or its associates.

7. Pricing Information

We strive to provide accurate pricing, but errors can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item.

Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice and at our sole discretion. If we must cancel an order due to unavailability, you will be notified, and we shall not be liable for damages.

8. Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

9. Mode of Payment

Payments may be made via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and e-Gift cards. Instant payment options are recommended for faster processing. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most locations within India on orders above INR 1000.

11. Pollution Control Compliance

We are working toward compliance with the guidelines laid down by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).

12. Chat/Call Functionality

This service is provided to help with Site-related queries. We may suspend this service without notice and are not responsible for delays in responding. Communication may be stored for future reference. You must not communicate any objectionable, unlawful, or soliciting information.

13. User Content

Any content you transmit, upload, or post ("User Content") is entirely your responsibility. You agree not to post anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

We have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse to post or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating User Content, nor do we guarantee its accuracy.

The deneym name and logo, and all related marks ("Marks"), belong to us. All other Marks are the property of their respective companies. No trademark or service mark license is granted for use of the materials on this Site.

All text, programs, products, and other materials on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of deneym (or our suppliers/licensors). You may download or copy the contents for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

15. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Platform. We reserve the right, at any time, to terminate your license to use the Platform and block your future access.

16. Representations and Warranties

The Platform is provided to you "AS IS." We make no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of the content. We are not liable for any loss suffered as a result of depending on the content.

We have the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Platform at any time. We are not responsible or liable for any inability to access or use the Platform due to factors outside our control.

17. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitations of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PRESENTED "AS IS." NEITHER WE NOR OUR AFFILIATES MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), EXCEPT WHERE SUCH REPRESENTATIONS ARE NOT LEGALLY EXCLUDABLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) RELATED TO THE SITE OR YOUR USE THEREOF. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED.

19. Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or deneym. You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use of the Platform. We may terminate the Terms at any time, without notice, and deny you access without any liability to you.

20. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless deneym, its employees, directors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) caused by or arising out of your actions, inactions, or violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Policies shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. For proceedings arising therein, the Courts at Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any dispute shall be referred to an independent arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Noida.

22. Site Security

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Platform, including, without limitation:

Accessing unauthorized data or accounts.

Attempting to probe or breach security measures.

Interfering with service to any other user (e.g., "flooding," "spamming," or "crashing").

Sending unsolicited email.

Forging header information.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. deneym is entitled to investigate and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users involved in such violations.

23. Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms of Use shall continue to be in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, these Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and Deneym with respect to the Site/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written.

Deneym's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to the breach or subsequent and similar breaches.

24. General

You acknowledge and hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions and that it constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Site, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change/ alter/ modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site thereafter constitutes your agreement to all such changed Terms and Conditions. We may, with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these Terms and Conditions. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the Site.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, affiliation, joint venture or other form of joint enterprise between us. Our failure to require your performance of any provision hereof shall not affect our full right to require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall our waiver of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of the provision itself. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by any applicable arbitral award or court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole but these Terms and Conditions shall be modified, to the extent possible, by the adjudicating entity to most fully reflect the original intent of the parties as reflected in the original provision. The headings in the Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not be used in its interpretation.
